BACKGROUND

Raison Home Edinburgh is part of a franchise network offering bespoke in-home kitchen, bedroom and bathroom design services.

As the business owner, Sarah Maguire delivers beautifully tailored designs for clients across Edinburgh, but like many business owners, she was juggling it all herself, leaving little time to think strategically about growing her business.

CHALLENGE

Sarah was feeling overwhelmed, stretched between delivering client projects and running the operations of her business solo. She knew she needed to free herself from the day-to-day but wasn’t sure how to do it without risking service quality, commercial loss, or losing momentum.
