BACKGROUND
A Flat in Town (AFIT) is a 20 year old Edinburgh-based letting agency known for its hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
As Katrina and Sally look beyond 20 years, their goal was to grow their client base, increase revenue and profits, and strengthen their brand, all while maintaining their close-knit team and healthy work-life balance.
CHALLENGE
Despite a strong reputation and loyal clients, AFIT realised their brand and messaging weren’t fully capturing the essence of AFIT – their high standards and personable service.
Their business had grown largely through word of mouth, and they’d never actively tackled marketing.
They also wanted clearer values to guide their team culture and future growth.
