When you’re deep in the day-to-day of running a business, it’s easy to keep pushing forward without stopping to ask whether your energy, time and attention are still going in the right direction.
Founders Reset Day is a small-group day for women founders who come together to pause, reconnect and create space to think clearly again.
Set in the middle of the flower field at Archerfield Walled Garden, we’ll come together for honest conversation, reflection of year to date, creative thinking and time in nature. You step out of the noise, connect with other founders and prepare your mind to end the year the way you choose to do so.
We’ll gently move through the day with space to connect, reflect, talk, create, breathe and plan ahead with more clarity, energy and intention.
We’ll ease in with coffee, tea and time to properly connect as a small group of founders.
Together, we’ll share what’s going on in our businesses, what feels challenging, what we’re carrying, what’s working, what isn’t, and what the year has brought so far.
This is where the magic often happens: honest conversations, fresh perspective, deep listening and the reminder that you don’t have to figure everything out on your own.
The morning will include:
⚡️ Honest conversation about business and life
⚡️ Space to share challenges and gain fresh perspective
⚡️ Collective thinking with founders who get it
⚡️ Time away from the digital noise
In the afternoon, we’ll use nature, creativity and fresh air to help us reflect more deeply and reset our energy.
Through working with flowers and reflection, we’ll make space to think about what the year has shown us so far and what we want to carry into the next year.
You’ll leave with your own floral-related creation as an outlook of next year.
The afternoon will include:
⚡️ Time outside to move, breathe and reset
⚡️ Creative reflection using the flower field and natural surroundings
⚡️ Space to think about what you want more and less of
⚡️ Clearer intentions for the following year.
We’ll close the day by grounding what’s come up, reflecting on what matters most, and setting intentions for the rest of 2026 into next year.
At the end of the day, we will fully unwind with a sauna experience.

When you remove the digital noise, get into a different environment and give yourself proper space to think, you can often see things more clearly: what’s working, what’s draining you, what needs to change and what deserves your energy next.
